"Refund took a sec, but it worked out"
I accidentally ordered the wrong part from mooreparts.com and had to send it back. The return instructions were straightforward, and they took it back with no drama. The refund was a little slower than I expected, not gonna lie, but it did come through in the end. Support got back to me when I checked in, so overall it was a fair experience. I’d definitely use them again

"Pretty easy to track down what I needed"
I had a smooth time using the site. Searching for the parts I needed was easy enough, and the pages loaded so fast I barely had time to blink. The only thing I’d change is making some of the filters a little clearer, but it wasn’t a big deal overall

I can’t say I bought it myself. But based on what I’ve seen, the parts look solid. The fit seems right. The quality looks better than expected. Seems like a good pick.

They did help me out in the end, so I appreciate that... but yeah, it took a while for them to get back to me. Not terrible, just kind of slow.

"Relieved everything came right"
I ordered a few parts from mooreparts.com, and I was kind of bracing myself for at least one mix-up. Thankfully, everything showed up exactly how I ordered it. No missing pieces, no random wrong items, and the part numbers all matched my order. Everything fit like it was supposed to, which put me in a good mood. I’m happy with the order and would definitely buy from them again.

"Slow replies and didn’t feel very customer-focused"
Customer service took a while to get back to me, and when they finally did, it wasn’t very helpful. It kind of gave me the impression that they’re more focused on getting your money than actually supporting you afterward.

"Good prices and decent value overall"
The prices were fair, and the parts seem solid for what I paid. Shipping was a little slower than I expected, but nothing too crazy. I’d probably order again. Did anyone else have slower shipping, or was that just my order?

"Shipping was a bit slow tbh"
Shipping took longer than I was hoping, which was kinda annoying, but the parts did show up fine in the end. So not a huge deal, just wish it got here a litttle faster.

It was almost right, but I had to tweak it a bit to get it fitting how I wanted. Nbd overall.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
The parts did arrive okay, but the box was in rough shape and almost falling apart. There wasn’t much padding inside, and a bunch of small pieces were loose all over the place. For the price, I expected better packaging and some clearer instructions too. I might still order again, but this was a bit annoying.

"Parts have been tough to find lately"
It showed the part was in stock when I ordered, but then I got an email saying it actually wasn’t. Kind of frustrating, lol, but I get that inventory can be tricky these days.
